  It's difficult to articulate the feeling you get when you attend a class at Transform. The atmosphere, the energy, the community. It's the perfect place to go when you get swept up in the day-to-day because you always leave feeling far more relaxed, stretched and supported than before. I find my days are that little bit brighter having taken a class and if you've had the pleasure of meeting Christina, she's not only a world renowned yoga teacher with a wealth of knowledge and experience but she's the most humble, caring, beautiful soul you'll ever meet. I'd recommend Transform to anyone who is looking for some growth, support and some good old TLC.

  The classes at Transform Yoga are each so different which I love! Each teacher has their own style, and there are always variations to each class. There is not one set routine, and teachers often ask the question at the beginning of the class - Does anyone have any special requests? So they tailor classes to suit the students. Also everyone feels included no matter what shape, size, flexibility.....poses are modified for different levels by teachers....I can highly recommend the yoga classes. I also often do the Booty Barre class before the yoga class....how great is that.....cardio and strength workout followed by a yoga class! Ingrid
